We were a key part of the major refurbishment of Ealing Broadway Shopping Centre during 2015 with the works lasting over a 9 month period and still ongoing. The brief consisted of different phases and these included interior painting and decorating of ceilings and walls as well as exterior decorating of a 7 level multi-storey car park.

Internal

Several phases of works including:

• Taping and jointing to newly constructed ceilings before applying high quality finish coats to ceilings.
• Applying render to brick walls and apply paint finish.
• Plastering of large ceilings and applying high quality paint finish.
• Painting to walls and columns.

Multi-storey car park

• Full redecorations to the multi-storey car park over 7 Levels including preparation and painting of main entrances and exit signs, repainting concrete columns and walls.
• Painting of brick walls, interior stairwells and handrails and painting of several metal Armco barriers.
• Applying intumescent fire protective coatings to galvanised steel.
